¶1 Reperex Inc., Brad Ball, and David Ball (collectively, the Buyers) purchased a business with the help of business brokerage Coldwell Banker Commercial and its agent Duane Bush (collectively, the Broker). Accountant J. Russton Bradshaw and his firm Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw (collectively, the Accountant) provided the Buyers with financial information about the business.
