The ■appellant, the Mt. Sterling National Bank, in July, 1894, brought an action in- the Montgomery circuit court against appellees, T. W. Priest and J. N. Greene, seeking the enforcement of judgment for $1,457.55. An attachment was sued out after a return of “No property.” This attachment was levied, or attempted to be levied, on certain stocks owned by Priest in several companies.
