SCHOOL BUILDING FUND MONIES — USE FOR STADIUM LIGHTING Pursuant to 70 O.S. 1-20 [70-1-20] (1961) a school district may expend building fund monies to purchase and construct (install) lighting for a football stadium. The Attorney General has considered your letter dated April 8, 1971, wherein you ask the following question? "May a school district expend building fund monies to purchase and construct lighting for a new football stadium?"
