HILL, Circuit Judge.
The appeal is from a judgment rendered upon a jury verdict in an action arising from a contract providing for the construction of a pipeline in the State of Wyoming. Appellant was the owner of the project and was defendant in the trial court. Appellees were joint ven-turers in the construction of the project and were plaintiffs below.
