SMITH, Presiding Judge.

Defendant appeals from his conviction by a jury of second degree murder and the resultant sentence of twenty-five years imprisonment. 1 We affirm.

The crime apparently occurred on May 27, 1980. Defendant reached his sixteenth birthday one week later. The victim was a 13-year-old girl, Lisa Harris, a neighbor of defendant. Lisa was missing from approximately 5:00 p. m. May 27th until her body was found the next day at 11: a. m. in a wooded area near the Big River in the neighborhood where she and defendant resided.
