OPINION

This cause is in this court on appeal on questions of law. The action is one in which the plaintiff is seeking a permanent injunction. On the date of the filing of the petition plaintiff sought a temporary restraining order which the court granted and fixed a bond at t-wo hundred dollars. Subsequent thereto a motion was filed by the defendants seeking a dissolution of the temporary restraining order; hearing had and the temporary restraining order was dissolved and appeal is prosecuted to this court to reverse this order of dissolution.
