MORRISON, Judge.

The offense is burglary; the punishment, twelve (12) years.

Appellant’s sole ground of error is that the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction.

Buffington, the owner of Buffington’s Sporting Goods store in Mauriceville, Texas, testified that on July 7, 1970, at about 3:30 A.M., he was awakened by noises coming from inside his store (through his office intercom), that he awakened his father, and armed with a shot gun, they went to the store where he saw two people, one of whom was the appellant, seated in an automobile parked near his store; that he proceeded…
