OPINION

BAILEY, Judge.

Case Summary

Appellant-Defendant Maurice Porter ("Porter") appeals his convictions on two counts of Class C felony Nonsupport of a Dependent Child. 1 We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with instrue-tions.
