OPINION OF THE COURT

De GIULIO, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members. He entered mixed pleas to the two charged offenses. In accordance with his pleas, he was found guilty of larceny of government property in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 921 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ]. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of failure to give notice and turn over captured property in violation of Article 103, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 903 (1982).
