Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Tail-leur, J.), entered December 12, 2016 in Greene County, which, among other things, granted plaintiff’s cross motion for partial summary judgment.
This action arises from a June 2010 memorandum of understanding (hereinafter MOU) wherein defendants agreed to finance the sale to plaintiff of four parcels of land, totaling approximately 100 acres, for $300,000.
