¶ 1. This case arises from a complaint filed with the Mississippi Real Estate Commission (the “Commission”) by Cynthia Curley, the buyer of residential property in Jackson, Mississippi, alleging im*69proper conduct by three real estate agents. Tanja E. Adams and Audrey Neely were the sales agents in the transaction, and Dell H. Palmer was the responsible broker who supervised their work.
