— This is an action on a contract to recover the sum of $660, the purchase price of certain merchandise hereinafter mentioned. The case was tried by the court without the aid of a jury. The record recites that at the conclusion of all the testimony, “the court sustained defendant’s demurrer to plaintiffs’ case.” Plaintiffs have appealed.
