Appellant, Daisy Gutierrez-Rodriguez, was convicted of theft, 1 a Class B misdemeanor, in two cases following a consolidated jury trial and was sentenced to 180 days confinement and a $200 fine in each case. The trial court suspended the imposition of both sentences and placed Appellant on community supervision for a term of one year, subject to certain conditions.
