Following a jury trial, Kenneth Shamar Rainey was convicted of criminal attempt to traffic in cocaine (OCGA §§ 16-13-31 (a) (1), 16-13-33), criminal attempt to traffic in marijuana (OCGA §§ 16-13-31 (c), 16-13-33), and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (OCGA § 16-11-106 (b) (5)). The trial court denied Rainey’s motion for new trial.
