CARTER, Justice.

W. Harold Asmus (claimant), a teacher in the Waterloo Community School District for twenty-six years, appeals from a decision on judicial review upholding the workers’ compensation commissioner’s denial of his disability claim based on an alleged mental injury. Claimant contends that he is disabled from a severe state of depression caused by the stresses that arose from an alleged tyrannical working environment at his school.
