In the months of May and June 1941, Velma Dillon, Harrol Mosley, Lillian Hall, Ruby Batts, Stanley Mosley and Geoffrey Mosley, defendants appellants (hereinafter designated as defendants) being joined by their respective husbands and wives in the instruments of conveyance executed and delivered through A.
