Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed October 30, 1984, which ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive benefits and charged her with a recoverable overpayment of benefits.
Claimant was employed as a legal secretary for four days before she left her employment. She applied for benefits and claimed that she left her job because she had an asthma condition, of which her employer was aware, which was aggravated by cigarette smoke from her co-workers.
