The instant action is before this Court upon the appeal of Mountain America, LLC, and several other individual landowners below [hereinafter “Appellants”] from a January 28, 2008, order of the Circuit Court of Monroe County denying the Appellants’ Petition for Appeal from Ad Valorem Property Tax Assessments.
