Air Coils, Inc., appellee, sued appellant, Angus, individually and doing business as Texas Refrigeration and Engineering Co., for an indebtedness of Texas Refrigeration, a corporation no longer in existence. The trial court found that Texas Refrigeration and Engineering Co. was the alter ego of appellant and held him personally liable to Air Coils, Inc. Angus appeals. The principal question presented is whether the findings of fact support the trial court’s conclusion that Texas Refrigeration was the alter ego of appellant.
