Defendant appeals dismissal by the circuit court of his application for trial de novo in circuit court. He entered pleas of guilty to charges of assault, disturbing the peace and trespass, in the municipal court of Slater, Missouri; was sentenced to serve 1 30 days in jail; and execution of his sentence was suspended on condition that he not violate the law.

The order of the circuit court dismissing defendant’s application for a trial de novo is affirmed.
