|]In this criminal case, the Defendant, Marcus Allen Maze, appeals his sentence pursuant to conviction for attempted manslaughter. On April 24, 2008, the Defendant was charged by an amended bill of information with one count of attempted second degree murder, violations of La. R.S. 14:27 and La.
