Alden Clarence Agnew, an infant, by Lena Agnew, his mother, next friend and custodian, and Lena Agnew, the defendants in error, hereinafter designated as plaintiffs or petitioners, brought this action in mandamus to require the plaintiff in error, Reuben W.
