HARPER, Judge.
Appellant was prosecuted and convicted of unlawfully carrying a pistol, his punishment being assessed at imprisonment in the county jail for thirty days and a fine of $100.
A witness for the State testified that defendant had a pistol at a gathering at Redland church. That he saw defendant with the pistol in his hands, and saw him load and unload it.
