11At issue in this appeal by Cynthia Bridges, Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Revenue (referred to herein as the “LDR”), is whether the trial court erred in granting a motion for involuntary dismissal filed by taxpayers Kenneth and Margaret Bullock (“the Bullocks”) in response to the LDR’s petition for judicial review of a judgment by the Board of Tax Appeals (“the board”) favorable to the Bullocks.
