This is an appeal from a decree setting aside the will of Michael Lewandowski on the ground of unsoundness of mind. The bill alleged that the complainants, Joseph and Rosie Lewandowski, were brother and sister and only heirs of Michael Lewandowski. The defendants are Joseph Zuzak and Marya Zuzak, the sole beneficiaries under the will. The answer denied that the complainants were the brother and sister of Michael Lewandowski or were his heirs, as well as the mental unsoundness of Lewandowski.
