Relator is in custody under a warrant directing his surrender to the State of South Carolina in interstate rendition proceedings. (U. S. Const, art. IV, sec. 2, par. 2.) He has sued out a writ of habeas corpus, challenging the sufficiency of the complaining affidavit as a charge of crime.
