The petition, after averring the incorporation of the plaintiff, charges “that the defendant is' justly indebted to the plaintiff in the sum of $1600 for so much money had and received to the use of the plaintiff between May 1, 1907, and May 1, 1910, to-wit. . . .” Here follows an itemized statement charging fifty dollars as received May 1, 1907, and on the first day of each succeeding month to and in chi ding December 1, 1909.
