PER CURIAM: *
Michael Maldonado sought a declaratory judgment against CitiMortgage, Inc., claiming the instruments securing the lien on his property were invalid. CitiMortgage counterclaimed for judicial foreclosure and moved for summary judgment. The district court entered judgment for CitiMortgage. We AFFIRM.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
