This is a proceeding to review a judgment of the District Court affirming an order of the County Court, fixing the amount due the State as inheritance taxes in the *144estate of John U. Brookman, deceased. Brookman was a resident of the State of New York. Included in his -estate were certain unregistered bonds of a Colorado Corporation, the payment of which was secured by mortgage on certain real property situated in the States of Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico.
