This is an original proceeding in this court brought by Alfred W. Schuermann, hereinafter referred to as petitioner, to obtain a review of an order of the State Industrial Commission which affirmed the findings and order of the trial commissioner wherein the claim of the petitioner to compensation against Hacker Mill & Elevator Company, hereinafter referred to as respondent, was denied.
