[¶ 1] Matthew Reed appeals from a judgment of conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (Class C), 17-A M.R.S. § 353(1)(B)(4) (2012), and criminal mischief (Class D), 17-A M.R.S. § 806(1)(A), (2) (2012), entered by the trial court (Campbell, J.) after a jury trial.
