This appeal arises from the jury conviction of Demico Boothe for violations of 18 U.S.C. § 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and 18 U.S.C. § 472, possession of counterfeit security with intent to pass as genuine. Boothe also appeals the sentence of a consecutive ten months, in addition to the sentence for the aforementioned crimes, for violation of his supervised release in a prior criminal case.
