James, J.), entered on or about April 1, 2009, which, in an action for personal injuries sustained in a slip and fall on a wet floor in the vestibule of defendants’ supermarket, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion denied, and the complaint reinstated.
