The appellee, by motion,, seeks a dismissal of this cause on the ground that this court is without jurisdiction, for the reason that the suit originated in the justice court, of which the county court had appellate jurisdiction, and that the amount in controversy does not exceed $100. The record shows that the suit was brought in the justice court, precinct No. 3, Dickens county, in which court appellee obtained judgment, from which appellant appealed to the county court of said county and in which latter court appellee again obtained judgment for $100, and the further sum of $20, attorney’s…
