CRANDALL, Judge.

Defendants, Joseph and Mary Menard, appeal after a default judgment in plaintiffs action for specific performance of a real estate contract. We affirm.

We first review the procedural history of this case. Plaintiff, Roberta Long, in her capacity as administratrix of the estate of Myrtle Kennedy, filed a petition for specific performance on December 15, 1981.
