This is an appeal from an Order of the United States District Court for the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Thomas and St. John, affirming a decision of the Municipal Court of the Virgin Islands in favor of plaintiff, the College of the Virgin Islands, and against defendant-appellant, Vitex Manufacturing Company, Ltd.
