Plaintiffs Spencer Trask Software and Information Services, LLC (“Information Services”), formerly known as Spencer Trask Internet Group, LLC (“the Internet Group”) and Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc. (“Ventures”) (with their affiliates collectively as “Spencer Trask”) apply pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) against Rpost International Limited (“RPost”) preventing RPost from closing its Series C round of financing absent the inclusion of Spencer Trask.
