ORDER

JAMES G. MIXON, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court is the Motion to Require Assumption or Rejection of Unexpired Lease filed by Trans Lease, Inc., which purports to be the owner and lessor of three motor vehicles leased to Double G Trucking, the Debtor-in-possession in this Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Alleging that the Debtor has defaulted under the obligations of the lease, Trans Lease requests the Court to order the Debtor to assume or reject the lease within ten days of the entry of the Court’s order.
