This writ of error, to review an adverse judgment of the district court of the second judicial district of the state of Colorado against her, was sued out by May Ireland, who names as defendant in error therein Grant L. Hudson, as proponent of the purported last will and testament of her husband Eichard P. Ireland, deceased. Hudson had been designated as executor in the will and had been appointed by the county court of the City and County of Denver as special administrator to collect the said estate. Lucy I.
