Dennis and Adele Flynn (the “Debtors”) appeal from the bankruptcy court’s order denying confirmation of their chapter 13 plan on the grounds that a balloon payment provision contained therein violated 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(5)(B)(iii)(D 1 (the “Order Denying Confirmation”) and from the court’s subsequent order granting in part the Debtors’ motion for clarification and extension of time to comply with the Order Denying Confirmation (the “Order”) (together, the “Orders”).
