I dissent, as it is clear to me that the court exceeded its jurisdiction when it allowed interest.

In February, 1921, the Workmen's Compensation Bureau denied compensation to the plaintiff and on appeal the order denying compensation was affirmed, both in the district and supreme court. Hanson v. North Dakota Workmen's Comp. Bureau, 56 N.D. 525, 218 N.W. 215. Applications were thereafter made to the bureau for a rehearing, all of which were denied, and on appeal to the district court judgment was, on the 26th day of December, 1929, entered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant…
