In an action, inter alia, to determine title to certain real property, plaintiff, Town of North Hempstead, appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 28, 1979, which was in favor of the defendants, after a nonjury trial. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements. In 1644 William Kieft, Governor of New Netherland (now New York), granted a tract of land to plaintiff’s predecessor, Town of Hempstead (Hempstead).
