RUDDY, Judge.
Plaintiff, Genevieve McClure, brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her when she fell on a ramp leading to a sidewalk in front of a store owned and operated by defendant. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict for the defendant. Plaintiff complains about an instruction given on behalf of the defendant ; about the exclusion of certain evidence and about a statement made by counsel for defendant in the course of his final argument to the jury.
