I disagree with the majority opinion, which holds that the Humble Oil & Refining Company is not an innocent purchaser for value under the deed executed by Mrs. Downey and others, and my views are as follows:

This is an action in trespass to try title, brought by Mrs. Clara May Downey against Humble Oil & Refining Company and Mrs. Grace Keller and husband, to recover an undivided one-half interest in 76.52 acres of land in Harris County, Texas.
