HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

The Administrative Committee of the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Associates’ Health and Welfare Plan (“the Administrative Committee”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to the Gam-boas, refusing to enforce a reimbursement provision in Wal-Mart’s health benefits plan. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
