Steven Murphy (Defendant) was charged with one count of robbery in the first degree (Count I), four counts of felonious restraint (Counts II, III, IV, and V), and one count of assault in the third degree (Count VI). Defendant was tried before a jury in the Circuit Court in the City of St. Louis. The jury found Defendant guilty on all counts.
