11 Defendant, Damien Marques McLen-don, Jr,, was indicted for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of La.R.S. 40:967, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of La.R.S. 14:26 .and La.R.S. 40:967, and obstruction of justice, in violation of La.R.S. 14:130.1.
