This is an appeal in a criminal case, in which the only question presented is the sufficiency of the amended affidavit upon which appellant was prosecuted and convicted of burglary in the second degree. Same, omitting the formal parts, reads as follows: “The undersigned affiant (E. D. Baker) being first duly sworn upon oath says that on or about the 22nd day of May, 1926, at and in the County and State aforesaid, one Albert Brogan did then and there unlawfully, feloniously and burglariously, in the nighttime break and enter into four railroad cars, the numbers being PFE-11038, SRL-16891,…
