This matter is before the Court upon the Brief of Appellant Sylvia Berman [ECF No. 12]. The Court has considered the brief, all supporting and opposing filings, and the record in this case. For the rea*390sons set forth below, the Court vacates and remands the Bankruptcy Court’s Order Approving Stipulation to Compromise Controversy Between Trustee and APW Holdings, LLC; and Granting Bar Order for a determination about whether settlement credit should be awarded to nonset-tling creditors whose claims are enjoined by the Bar Order.
