Gertrude Abramson appeals the summary judgment granted to her former employer, William Paterson College (“WPC”),1 against whom she filed hostile work environment, religious discrimination, and unlawful retaliation claims under Title VII and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”).
